In the heart of the Indian Ocean, halfway between Seychelles and the island of Jambi, lies of of the most luxurious resorts in the world. That is, The Continental Resort.


Located in the Maldives, this resort consists of 16 islands, 15 of which haven't been touched at all yet. It is located halfway in between Male, the capital, and Gan. The main island is the only island that has been finished.

Unfortunately, I can't because every time I try loading it it crashes.

The construction workers have been working night and day to get the recreation island finished.It should be finished by March, so we could show you some pictures. I snuck a few photos for you to see, since we're not allowed to show you pictures till the hotel is finished.

This is the lobby from the front. in the back, you have a view of the recreation island (which is now under construction).



These are the bungalows, which you can only stay in on the main island. We have eleven on the island. The rates during the dry season (January to March) are 1,200 USD per week or 18,443.95 MVR (Maldivian Rufiyaa). During the rainy season (April to November) rates are 1,000 USD per week or 15,369.95 MVR.



This is the interior of a bungalow.





Each bungalow is right on the beach with a patio and a pool.
