Basically ive had RCT3 on my computer for about 11 months running on windows 8 and it was beautiful FPS but recently i installed windows 8.1 and now my RCT3 lag's. I've tried lowering the settings but it just stays the same with lag. If someone could please help i would be very grateful and i could also give you a shout on my YouTube channel: Ethan.
