I've seen on the right corner Reputations 0% etc.
What does that mean?
What happens when its high?

The reputation system is just mainly used for users to rate each other. It's nothing really special but just to see how many members like/dislike on other(I've never seen a user give a negative rating to another member). But wanting to get lot's of reputation shouldn't be your main priority in this forum.

And the reputation count isn't 0%, it's just 0 if you don't have any reputations unless your talking about the warning system which you can read about in the Forum Rules.

Unless you count that one time when I accidentally gave someone a negative rep.
