Good free Movie Editing Program?

#1
Ok, I have Windows 7 and I don't like the new Movie Maker at all. It can't even speed up or slow down clips!(which is what I need to it do) The XP version is really good, but only works on XP. And all others I can find aren't good either. Help me! Please!

I suggest you pay for a program if you're not content with the many free ones you've tried.

Sony Vegas is very good. I used to use it before I lost in the system recovery. The only bad thing about it, is you have to buy it.
