I barely collaborated with Colts... I never even touched the file. All I did was edit some photos and send over a station structure file. Zilant really is Colt's project though, and my project is my project.
EDIT: Colts worked on Barca and Zilant so I guess he did enter twice.

The winner would still count as whoever entered the ride into build it, so hypothetically if Colts' Zilant were to win, He would be the winner, and all Max wouldnt technically be the winner i guess.

The policy for entries is that one entry is allowed per account (and, of course, you cannot have more than one account). Collaborations are fine, with the understanding that only the person who actually enters the track will "officially" receive credit.
