press F10. If u want to take away the interface then rename one of ur guests david walsh and press Ctrl + U.

Heres mine this park and coaster are avalible in the downloads section the park is "Generic world" and the coaster is "death valley".

To take a picture in the game press F10, You will than find your pictures in:
MyDocuments/Pictures/RCT
Than host them somewhere like imageshack and than post the link it gives you here.
