Is that an inverted Top Hat? That's kind of rare, huh? Sweet!

Thanks for the replies, here's a small update:

^ A view from the beginning of the lake of the station, showing a newly added fountain rock pool thingy.

^ Sneak preview of the new grandstands! (you may remember these from the last Meteor Valley, slightly redone around the base this time round)

More to come soon...

Iâm digging the futuristic feel to the park, but those dark paths just look odd compared to the abstract architecture. Maybe spice them up a bit?

RE: Meteor Valley returns! - wolfman - Nov 3, 2006

Some hedges around the edges of the footpaths would look nice.

RE: Meteor Valley returns! - Gamesonline - Nov 4, 2006

I like this park, but I don't like the new trees. Some how they look like plastic.

RE: Meteor Valley returns! - Turbo Tortoise - Nov 7, 2006

I dont like the lack path on that last shot, it looks ugly. But I still love this park and am looking forward to download time!

I've taken some comments into consideration. The main one being that the crappy looking trees are gone and have been replaced by the large sugar pines. Someone who said that the layout of the Intamin launch coaster was kind of boring has also got their wish: it now features an airtime hill after the vertical drop before the brake run.

A few other changes have occured, including the layout of the Vekoma motorbike coasters being completely changed. I liked the very ending, but I thought the large bend before going over the Intamin track looked a bit too cramped and messy, so I've replaced it with a corkscrew. The terraforming I've done around it will now mean those arrows and path in that last update will be gone. Don't worry though, it will look more realistic what I have planned.

Enough talk, here are two photos I've taken (not giving too much away):

^ Looking up at the new airtime hill.

^ Nightime view of the intertwining corkscrews of the motorbike coaster.

Expect another update hopefully by tomorrow...

This guys good! I really like the space\futureistic (sp?) theme on this park. I am looking forward to another update tomorrow.

^ Today, you mean... Wink

Here's some more pictures of the new double corkscrew and air-time hill. I haven't done much more, but I've done a little terrforming and perfected a few bits here and there.

^ The new layout of the motorbikes, slightly more easy to see than in the last two teaser pictures.

^ The fianl two intertwining bends before the brake run (still need to be supported).

^ Night time shot of a drop before the corkscrews.

^ An overview sort of shot... remember, most of what you see here still needs to be themed and supported.

^ A final view at night from inside the grandstands!

Hope you like it, more updates will come soon...
