I always thought that a batwing started out with a half-corkscrew followed by a half-loop then by another half-loop and then finishes with a half-corkscrew going in the opposite direction from which it started. For the cobra roll it starts with a half-loop into a half corkscrew followed by another half-corkscrew and then finishes with another half-loop going in the opposite direction from which it started.

Sorry for the confusion just Canada's wonderlands coaster with a cobra in it is called batwing and in its description it says "Two loops and a batwing."
