RE: Looking for a Structure/Park Entrance - Blu - Oct 26, 2012 Okay well there are other sets, you know. You just have to find them. ![]() RE: Looking for a Structure/Park Entrance - buckwilde - Oct 26, 2012 I'm sure there are some great ones. I know Osudenny has a hangar set, but if memory serves, it was just for the a-frame roof. Not sure and I didn't check. But Tone requested these sets, so I'll see what I can do. BTW Tone, this is where I am: ![]() I'll upload the structure to the downloads section here. Let me know if it's too big or too small or not at all what you're looking for. Then we'll go from there. Have fun! RE: Looking for a Structure/Park Entrance - ToneEnthrall - Oct 26, 2012 (Oct 26, 2012, 10:49 PM)buckwilde Wrote: I'm sure there are some great ones. Hey, whilst that is awesome, it's too large. I should have been clearer. Okay, so let's take reference from the picture above of Hangar51, the blue and brown one. That's the perfect size, but there needs to be a couple adjustments. The curved walls at the front need to move to the back and there needs to be three openings, for the underground station. The rest of the space/walls at the front will be converted into store fronts. Sorry I wasn't more clear and that you did all that work. I really appreciate it however. Thanks again! RE: Looking for a Structure/Park Entrance - buckwilde - Oct 26, 2012 Ah...smaller is easier. I have one of that size already built. Am I correct in assuming you want the rounded roof version and not the A-frame? Oh, and you can rotate it however you wish when you place it. BBL. RE: Looking for a Structure/Park Entrance - buckwilde - Oct 26, 2012 You wan't big boy's little brother, like this? ![]() RE: Looking for a Structure/Park Entrance - RCTgoMatthew - Oct 27, 2012 Looks alright to me! RE: Looking for a Structure/Park Entrance - buckwilde - Oct 27, 2012 Thanks, Matthew! Tone, here is a pic of what I think you want. If not, then it's easy enough to fix. ![]() I'll upload this one so you can try it out. If it's the right one, you can simply delete the panels where you want doors. Just click on one of the panels between the supports and hit the trashcan in the window that pops up. I didn't put the set's floors in as I find it hard to place paths beneath the floors. Have fun! RE: Looking for a Structure/Park Entrance - Ardy - Oct 27, 2012 Maybe I should quit making CS, because that is AWESOME and my CS STINKS! RE: Looking for a Structure/Park Entrance - invadazimrocks777 - Oct 27, 2012 its your first cs set dude don't overeact just because the first one sucked the only way to get better is by trying RE: Looking for a Structure/Park Entrance - buckwilde - Oct 27, 2012 Demos, I didn't make that CS, sweets. I just made the building from skhgr71 hangar set. Lots of people never even figure out the importer. Don't be so rough on yourself. If I hadn't been playing with sketchup for years already, I'd still be making cubes, too. Do you want my templates for making walls so that you can try it? It's simple as snot. |
