Update time: Tried to load the CFR into an empty sandbox park. Still the same old tried but true error message it's been giving me and still crashing. Even tried using every file directory name listed above. Nothing. Here's the ol' shot tag of the error message.

I would recommend you re-download the file from here

As per the readme instructions, copy the Folder "BlackRider-Samplerocker" into the "Style\Custom\" folder of your RollerCoaster Tycoon directory.
I've just tested it w/o any problems.
