I know it's on bloom, but it's blurred or fuzzy or something. Like he took it with a real camera and rotated the pics in a software program.

Anyway... this proves that you can build with SMS sets, so now you need to work on the landscape and design. The key to making it look awesome is, use diagonal pieces a lot, make diagonal buildings, and when you can, make curves to get rid of the blocky feel. Try to stick with a theme, so use colors right. Right now it looks like a big rainbow. Make all the buildings unique, with different patterns and designs on all of them. Use window boxes the right amount so that they don't look overused. Also, make little tunnels and overhead passes on second floors and stuff. That always makes a cool layout. Because right now, it looks like a long line of buildings that really do nothing at this point.

Vertwind Amusement Park - Construction of 1967 - DorneyPark5 - Apr 7, 2013

Hey guys, sorry I didn't have an update in a long time. Had some problems when I was trying to build the park. But now, lets carry on.

Vertwind has quite made some progress! They added trees and some rides. I also wonder what is that structure in the back? Tall building or ride?
We will soon find out Wink

The park has added a beautiful carousel at the end of the midway, can't wait to ride it. This carousel is also going to create lots of memories Happy

Another ride that was added was a nice ferris wheel. There must be a nice view from the top!

Next, the park is adding two thrill rides! The red one is called Rip Tide, and the tall, white and yellow one is called the Comet! Smile

Comet looks fun! The construction workers said that about half the ride is finished.

This is the station to the ride. The lights on the ceiling look very pretty.

Vertwind Amusement Park Opening Day

Vertwind has opened! The park has many visitors for its first day Smile lets check it out!

The front midway looks very nice! There are small food shops and regular shops. Lets check the rides over there shall we. Smile

The Ferris Wheel looks so elegant, the ride is so gentle and it has a nice view!

This ride named Rip Tide, has been taking the thrill seekers by storm! The ride is very fun and does have quite a thrill to it. Also, some park officials said to me that Comet is testing and will open soon! Can't wait to ride it Smile

There were a few things toward of the back of the park. There was a flat ride called Chairswing, a food pavilion, and Comet!

Now for the most anticipated, we take a look at Comet! I got a sneak peek of the station. The trains look very comfortable Smile

And now, here we go! The first train leaves the station with it full of excited passengers.

Now up the lift! The first hill is about 75 feet! It looks very fun Smile

The first train down the first drop! The thrill seekers are going to get a kick out of this ride!

This was taken after my rides on Comet, some park officials had some extra construction workers that built the park take me through the woods to take a look around the turn around of Comet. And that is all for now guys!
