I don't really have a top 5 or something. But games I really like are: GTA San Andreas, Rct3, probably Watch Dogs (when it's released), Worms, maybe Prototype a bit..

South Park "The Stick of Truth"
It is hilarious if you like South Park. It is uncensored in the US. It has a couple of small parts censored out in the European version when it comes to the Unplanned Parenthood minigame.
