I like the idea of it being a floorless, but i just diddn't think it would be possible with the current track configurations. Weird name though

I'm just glad that it is "staying", if any of you know what I mean. It was such a fun ride!
P.S. Speaking of Cedar Point, I went on Mean Streak, and it was not rough at all! And I was sitting in the middle!

"The rougarou (alternately spelled as Roux-Ga-Roux, Rugaroo, or Rugaru), is a legendary creature in Laurentian French communities linked to European notions of the werewolf." thats what I found on the name.

I would say the fans of "Cedar Point" and especially "Mantis" can live with this decision.

As i wrote in the past, i am not sure how nice the Stand-Up Layout could be used as an floorless one.
But i will try it out 2015 by myself and maybe i wrote something wrong about it.
Infact that the G's are rather high on Mantis, so maybe this layout could work fine as an floorless.

The choice of renaming wasn't that bad, but "Rougarou" is a bit to european like for an US amusement park.
Why they not doing it easy and called it simply "Werewolf"? Mantis was an simply name, too. Rolleyes

Anyway, good decision from Cedar Fair! That's why i like Cedar Fair more than Six Flags. Tongue

if you look at what the technology of amusement parks today, I can see this being pulled off really easily even though its going to happen anyways. Just look at what we've done so far, we've made wooden coasters doing twists and other elements, drop towers facing straight down, trackless darkrides, and other things. Changing trains on a roller coaster probably wouldn't be the hardest thing to do.
