Thanks to JG59 over at SGW.
Rename the file "WinjasfanSchlepplift" and it should work without a problem
If you're using Windows, the directory should be:
C:\program files\Atari\RollerCoaster Tycoon® 3\style\themed\WinjasfanSchlepplift
