Yes I would. They are very common here in Texas and as long as Medics are there so my flesh doesn't rot off, I should be fine and $20,000 richer.

I never ate pigs feet but alot of people mostly blacks and old country folk here in Texas, eat 'em all the time. It's consider soul food -that's what I was told.
