This is true. However, experience with corporations and their methods of laying blame plainly indicate Six Flags will find themselves innocent in the matter while placing all the responsibility at the feet of one of the junior staff with the least training who was nearest the incident who, at the time of the accident, were simply doing the work they were hired to do by Six Flags.
In a situation such as this if major corporations such as Six Flags had their way I’m sure they would fix the problem by giving the dead customer her money back.

I see what happened now. That video was very helpful. The woman was so large the tide shifted from the equator and while the tide was going out it took the rest of her with it. And of course, being a woman she was more badly off than the man in the video because on her there were a couple of more tides shifting.

UPDATE: New Texas Giant to reopen this weekend!
And also, Iron Rattler opened back up for a little while with signs showing to put the lap bar on your lap and not over your bulk.
Telling me that the lady fell because the lap bar was on her bulk, and over an airtime hill her bulk came up leaving her lap bar too loose.

I don't know if anybody didn't post this already, but apparently the woman was obese, and she loosened up the restraint to be more comfy.
