My numbers would say we're doing absolutely nothing wrong.
Here's our monthly pageviews for 2010, 2011, and 2012 (the November 2012 total is projected based on traffic so far this month):
You'll notice that traffic has more than doubled since last year, and traffic has held strong since the end of summer. (Traffic always goes down after summer as people go back to school and have less time.) We're doing extremely well and I couldn't be happier.
