I've received the park from Jag100 now, but shall I place it in the RCT3 Parks folder and build it in Sandbox mode? Or shall I build it on Scenario Editor? Will it actually make a difference?

well in the Scenario Editor you will have more control over the park like weather, items and that but in sandbox you just make a park with the peep flowing. so it would be best to make it in Scenario Editor
