How does Octane fuel relate to the Go kart course, and how is the go kart course related to a 'TOP SECRET' park? :blink:

Octane = rate of fuel and a jet fuel.
Now since Go-karts mostly run on fuel, the rate of fuel comes here again

TIP: Build part of the go-kart track inside a building with lots of UFo's and neon lights.
