How would I upload the buildings by themselves? RCTgoMatthew wants me to do that.
I don't want to manually delete all the rides and scenery and trees.

Go to scenery>save structure. It's the little floppy disk icon. Then cover the tiles of the building with blue squares, and save it. The file will be located and when downloaded, installed in Documents>RCT3>Structures.
