Hey, I would suggest that you put the file in a ZIP folder. Smile

Sento, do you mean to put in RCT2 or RCT3?

I don't understand roller coasters from RCT2 are TD6? Confused
Well I've never checked but I always thought they were different types of files. Biggrin
Well I'm an idiot...

No, sento, it's impossible to put an RCT1 coaster into RCT2, unless someone has found a hack.

RCT1 rides are saved as .td4. As you know RCT2 files are saved as .td6. It sometimes worked (very, very rarely) if you simply changed the RCT1 trackfile extension from .td4 to .td6 and opened the ‘converted’ ride in your RCT2 park. However this didn’t work nearly enough times to be relied upon as a solution.

Years ago when I was severely into RCT2 I downloaded a utility called the TD4 to TD6 Converter. With this I converted every one of my RCT1 rides into RCT2 format and shortly thereafter deleted all my RCT1 files.

I don’t remember what it was called but as a matter of interest there was another hot little utility that would mirror RCT2 rides. Sometimes I’d find the perfect ride for that awkward location in my RCT2 park and the ride would only fit in that spot if it was mirrored and this application switched it over.

About six months ago during a system clean-up I deleted all my RCT2 stuff. I’m afraid I don’t know where you could download either of these utilities now. Perhaps someone else knows.
