If you want to have a custom flag (kind of like a billboard... except it's a flag) there are some in Dasmatze's Utilities.

That's the one I would have also recommended. As far as I know it's the only colourable, animated flag set available. Some weeks ago I downloaded it and tried it. I don't plan to use it unless it comes out in an animated billboard version.

Try JMAinAZ's set. It has two sets, one recolorable and one with the American flag. Also, both sets are animated.

I used these on my Heavy Metal Racers Go Kart track. They work great!
