Help downloading tracks/scenario - SecretButton15 - Oct 28, 2013
I need help downloading a track from this site, also trying to download a sandbox scenario, and im stuck figuring out where each file goes in the RCT1 files. My version of the game is the complete original. No expansions or deluxe versions, just the normal one. If you could please help, i'd appreciate it, thanks.

Hello SecretButton15,
after you downloading an RCT1 Track-File you unzip the File (my Files for example are WinZip)
So now detailed Info about RCT1-File-Endings:
(for example my GateKeeper Version for RCT1)
File-Endings:
The [RollerCoaster Tycoon Track Design File] goes to the "Tracks" Folder (its the track-file)
The [RollerCoaster Tycoon Track Design Picture] goes to the "Tracks" Folder (its the ingame preview pic)
The [RollerCoaster Tycoon Scenario File] goes to the "Scenario" Folder
The [Roll] goes to the "Safed Games" Folder
All these Folders can you find in the Rollercoaster Tycoon installation-directory.
