Why is it that when I download cs and then open an already started park and no cs be there (same with ct's, ctr's) P.S. I test the CS out in a sandbox and it's there just not when I open a park I've already started.

In your park you've already started is that with unlimited everything?
Or does your park have various restrictions and objectives in which case the coaster types or scenery might not be invented yet?
