I have all of the programs I need, have made the ovl file, but it won't work. Help. I got most of the plugins from this website and they work.

Beware of all the different downloads. Some of them may contain viruses. My Norton Security Suite 2013 picked them all up and fixed it right away (before I opened the files).
I've viewed many tutorials on youtube whcih have helped a little.
