I recently just bought the regular RCT3, without the expansion sets for 20$.
I got this video game store booklet and there is RCT3 platinum for 25$.
Should I buy it? or is there a way to download the expansion packs for a small fee?

IDK. Platinum is obviously cheaper. Maybe you can return that RCT3 and get the RCT3 Platinum instead.

I'll have to look into it being returned (as it was bought over Amazon).

Would I be able to use his disk and download it onto my computer?

You wont be able to play the game without the cd. I would suggest just buying platinum. Don't do what I did, bought RCT3 and then both expansions separately.

Plus, You Won't Have to insert different disks to get a coaster or some scenery that you want, from an expansion pack.
