The lag? The only way is to get a better computer, but the lag is still really bad. You could also try turning down the graphics.

It would be helpful if you could provide us with some specs. Would you mind posting details of your:
  • CPU
  • RAM
  • the complete name of the graphics card (both the name it was called on the box and the name it’s called in system information)
  • the root drive capacity, including how much space is now available

Apart from the graphics card information on the box, use Windows System Information utility to find the information.

Also tell us
  1. Which version of RCT3 you have installed.
  2. What system it’s installed on.
  3. At what point in the launch the game crashes.
  4. What sort of a crash it is, e.g., if the screen turns solid black, if the launch or your computer freezes, or if the process queue simply drops the launch.
  5. If there is an error message what message do you get?
  6. What is the land tile size of the park that crashes?
  7. How many MB is the file size of the park that crashes?
  8. If you have this crashing problem with any other park?
  9. Have you ever successfully launched RCT3 before this problem?
