i liked the campaign idea but the goals sucked. i want to do my own scenario to make it harder but i dont know how to make a scenario, how do i do that?

When you at the main menu. Click on 'tools', you can see 4 options. Select the obvious one :P. When the park is loaded, you can make a scenario just as you want it.
