I'm confused about the question itself
Download RCT3? this is only possible if you buy it via steam -> you pay fot it, than you can download it and with an unique key you activate/registrate the RCT3-Version.
Other way is download it from sharing sites, and well these Versions of games are cracked and "illegal"!
Another option is, went to an electronic store in your near and buy it or buy it on online shops
