Sometimes I see in a download for cs other file options mirror 1 and 2...just out of
curiosity what is that?

That's just another download address option. Say if the 1st download option was giving you a very slow download (maybe everyone downloading it together, or mirrored from different countries for better global coverage) then one of the mirror options may give you a faster download.
