Is somebody able to help me with a small tutorial about no limits 1? And curves and helix? I'm just begun and I don't know anything about it.

for starters there is an option to put in elements, to do this press ctrl+e. there are a lot of options to choose from. to get it just double click on the element name and choose left/right and the size. tell me if this helps you

Try TheCodeMaster's tutorials on YouTube, I learned the basics using that, and it really helped!
