I installed 3 ctr tracks for rct3, but the station when I place it is upside down. Is this a bug, I don't think I installed it wrong because I read the read me for all 3 of them. I installed these 3 tracks.

thats normal. just select the track orientation on the 'bank selection wheel' so it isnt inverted.
