Help please! - Pinkerton2011 - Sep 1, 2014

I recently purchased RCT2 and was wanting to install custom maps/scenarios. The only problem is that I purchased the game through Steam and have no idea where it has placed the necessary files to add them.

All though I don't play rct 2, I found some things (tutorials) on youtube that may help you.
(They may or may not be of use to you, but I thought it would be a good start.
Hopefully someone else may have a better suggestion)Smile

I dont have RCT2 but the usual way steam games are installed it will be in something like

C:/ ProgramFiles/Steam/SteamApps/common/Rollercoaster tycoon 2/......

then where ever RCT2 custom secenery is installed

If you have 64bit windows then use
C:/ ProgramFiles(86)/Steam/SteamApps/common/Rollercoaster tycoon/

However downloaded parks, tracks, or scenarios are likely to belong in
C:/Users/yourname/MyDocuments/RCT2/.....
if it follows the same convention as RCT3

Of course, not owning RCT2 I could be completely wrong
