Well, one problem could be that your videos aren't really interesting and/or show new/different stuff.

A golden rule to become popular on youtube is called:
"Be good/great in the thing you do OR make something completly different/unique that no one other do"

At the moment, after watching your videos my thoughts are:
- music choice don't really fit to RCT3 (maybe i am the only one with this opinion)
- your skills are only average against other RCT3 youtuber (Fluxtrance / Silvarret)
- if timelapse, than the videos should be longer, other option would be an voice over the timelapse

People want to know what someone do, only speed videos are boring after a time.
Silvarret was smart enough to change this, so his timelapse videos are more interesting infact that he offers his thought about the work.

BtW, to becoming subs it doesn't help to pls other people to do this.
If "YOU" do great videos, than the subs comes from alone.
Only advertising won't helps if the videos are only average, sorry.
And alot of people want to see something interesting before they subscribe someones channel.

Sorry, if this post could be a bit rude and/or negative.
But that's only my thoughts/opinion about your channel/videos.
Other people thinks maybe completly the opposite that i do.

Soo long, Cobra Cool
