Particles vs Particle Effects - .frw - .ovl ? - aecrouch2016 - Oct 16, 2014
I just need clarification on what the difference between the Particles folder and the Particle Effects Folder. I am assuming it is the file extension? Why does one have an .ovl and the other have an .frw?
