usually there is a read me included telling you where to place all the files. IF there isnt a read me, just presume the files go in style/themed folder

^ONLY assume the files go in style/themed if what you've downloaded is a custom scenery pack.
Non custom content such as peeps, pools, tracks, parks, and rides go in Documents/RCT3/______ (fill in the blank).
