Where does it say in the Build it Competition rules you have to use custom scenery? I emailed Justin and asked him to post it in the next round if we don't need to. As far as I can tell it doesn't.

you dont need it, its just better if you do use it because you can do so much more

in my opinion, i hate CS. It just seems like people are making a huge deal like; anything w/o cs is CRAP! It gets on my nerves so much.
