How do I install a custom scenery when I used steam to buy it? Confused

Also does ANYONE know what the
file named "Vanilla" is in the "Style" Folder.

And also there is no theme file either... and that's why I'm CRAZY about it (I have also searched up on Youtube!)

Vanilla as far as I know is just in game scenery that doesn't have a theme, like trees or fences. You never want to put anything in it unless you are installing something special.
