First cs Coaster Ever!!!! Crazy Chaos - naveisawesome - Feb 26, 2015 Hi everyone! I've finally completed my first ever coaster with custom scenery: Crazy Chaos! I've only got one screenshot But.... I will be posting videos on me making it, followed by me talking about the coaster and an overview video on my youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC37Yj7YKBsZwFVGOXRTPR7g Subscribe if you want to see them, because I know you guys won't remember about this soon enough Any feedback would be great, and thanks to Blu for making the logo! naveisawesome RE: First cs Coaster Ever!!!! Crazy Chaos - Rudy18 - Feb 26, 2015 Well first off there are WAY too many supports. Like 50x too much. Also about 1/2 way up the lift hill, the diameter of the supports is about the same, when they should be a continuous flow getting wider as they grow taller. I realize that this is a first CS attempt, but other than the supports its not too bad. RE: First cs Coaster Ever!!!! Crazy Chaos - naveisawesome - Feb 26, 2015 thanks rudy, I already realized there are WAY too many, something for me to learn and improve in my next coasters its actually chaotic ha ha see what i did there anyways, thanks, i just think for the lift hills, I just like it turning into an A frame, but maybe thats just me oh and also please note, there is a pathway underneath the first lift hill, that leads to 2 food stall underneath the first drop RE: First cs Coaster Ever!!!! I'll look for it on youtube. I understand what Rudy was saying, but in all fairness I've noticed people have different ideas on how far and how many supports should be used on a rc. Here are some designers that I've learned a lot from (youtube tuorials) Silvarret - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkSWAX1wZBnWQyRHWn17W0w Fluxtrance https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnUWlZZoYZS1IotzB9ytWeg Imagineer Tim https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcnW0XbI98N9qqGpkWhYAeg Here is some information Blu helped me when I asked about supports see thread: http://forums.rctgo.com/thread-20218.html Another great tutorial on supports (I've been watching over and over cause that's a hard thing, but I'm not giving up on it) by Silvartutorials (same as Silvarret) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZhdD0a49xHI&feature=youtu.be&list=PLxuQ7uL_ebhIOLx3MV6rDTqbUr8cVUUDW Keep me updated as well. Keep creating, keep having fun. (I got your joke to by the way...about "its actually chaotic ha ha see what i did there" good sense of humor. |
