Its called Cora. Its a B&M Hyper Coaster. I think you guys will like it. Its going to have beach setting and it will be expanded in to a full theme park called Busch Gardens: Beach Country.

Nice to see you back and entering the build it competition again!
I like what you've done so far. The color scheme is good in my opinion.
I'll watch for the updates. fyi: the reflection in the water is awesome.

What does beach Country represent? Williamsburg represents Europe and Tampa represents Africa; I think they have plans for an Asian themed one but it either closed or was meant to be in Dubiland; not sure.

Beach Country represents all of the biggest beach resorts in the world. Each theme will go according to the countries representation.
