What would be your Dream Computer? For gaming, etc. - aecrouch2016 - Oct 19, 2015

What would be your dream computer used for gaming, graphic design, music, etc? I'm wondering because I'm thinking about upgrading my computer. I have a laptop now, but thinking a desktop might be better. So I'm curious...
1). What is the best graphics card for gaming, etc? (simulation games)
2)  How much hard drive space and memory?
3). I think you get the idea  Smile
Thanks.

Honestly it depends on how much money you're willing to spend, how long you want the tech to be top-notch for, and what you'll be running on it.

For example if you're running decade old games like RCT3 only and not newer games I'd say there is probably not a huge reason to upgrade (except maybe RCTWorld)

As for the tech top-notch thingy, it's basically would you want to spend 200 bucks on a part and have it last five years or 800 on the best and have it last a decade sorta thing (although you probably don't have 800 bucks to drop on just a graphics card because not many people have that kinda money laying around lol)

Lastly I'd suggest building your own desktop, they last longer than laptops and generally have better specs while being easier to upgrade.

- Hope this helps!

I had to get a new graphics card to run NoLimits 2 smoothly on my few year old desktop.
