Is it possible to merge two coasters in one? - Knight_in_fire - Nov 15, 2015 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Hxuoo4mocE - this video claims it is possible to merge tracks with this method using 8cars. I wanna try it for a Kids Coaster to add some loops from a Corkscrew coaster. So, is it possible or not? http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=62508 RE: Is it possible to merge two coasters in one? - BlazingEmpireHD - Nov 16, 2015 It's possible, I haven't done it myself, but it IS possible. RE: Is it possible to merge two coasters in one? - Terry Inferno - Nov 16, 2015 The tutorial you linked to shows that it's indeed possible, but it may not be possible with your operating system. According to the tutorial, merging is not possible on Windows 7 and possibly not on Vista either. It should work if you're using XP. It also says that you can't save a merged track, so if you want to upload one, it would have to be uploaded as a park file. What isn't mentioned in the tutorial is what happens if someone downloads and opens a file containing a merged track using Windows 7 and/or without 8cars. |
