The first step is uploading it somewhere--YouTube is the most logical option--so it has its own link. With a link, it's accessible to anyone, and in forum posts, you can even do this with it:
If you have trouble uploading it to YouTube, it should work if you change the file type to MPEG-4 (.mp4).
