sorry if this question has been answered many times before or if I am just being silly.. I haven't found the answer anywhere.. I have downloaded and used lots of custom scenery with no problem but I can't find downloaded custom structures in game. I have followed all read me files and other instructions, moved them into rct3/structures which seemed to work fine (they are .dat files). the problem is I don't know where to find them! I have looked through the custom structures, the scenery, the walls roofs and buildings but can't find them. I have tried to install a few just to check if one of them simply didn't work but I can't see any. I have also made sure I have all required cs. Please can someone ease my frustration! Sorry for the long post, I am fed up with building structures and need just a few pre built ones (Belotto's small town structures) thanks!
so it turns out I was being a doofus... I realised I couldn't see any of my structures in the structures folder and so did a search for one of them on my C drive - I found them in another rct3 folder in my documents! I remember I made the structures folder in the Program Files (x86)Â on the recommendation of a post I read and forgot all about it... Now the .dat files are in the correct structures folder in my documents I can see them all where I thought they should be! Sorry if I wasted anyone's time... hopefully this thread will help someone else like me!
