Hi ell --- I have the CD version of RCT3 and am highly addicted to it ... but asof yesterday, it refuses to load properly, stopping after reaching about 60% of the resources... is there any way I can download the version from the Internet, and use my buyer ID for the CD?

How big is your style folder for RCT3?
Mine is over 5 gig and it takes some time to load the game and open parks.

I have the same problem, try re-installing it. Make sure to back-up all of the saves/data on a flashdrive or external hard drive.

The version from GOG is a CD free download, i.e. no CD needed to install the game, or to play it. For me, that was worth the cost.

Mine froze there about 6 months ago. I had to do a clean re-install and with no custom items and it worked fine after that.
