For me when that happens, I close the ride down and then reopen it about 15 - 20 seconds later.

I do what HLH3 said, if the problem persists I double check all of the pathways to the entrance and exit to make sure they are intact.

It's an expansion pack glitch. Can't remember which pack it is.

That happens to me sometimes, if you just let it go for about 10 minutes (real time, not game time) it will fix itself.
