It's one of Spice's Tree sets, I'd look over on CS Depot. That site has just about any CS you could ever want.

He doesn't allow hot linking so this will direct you to his home page. Then if you go to scenery section you should be able to download the custom scenery you are looking for.
If you are looking for some other good sets I would use Weber's Boulder and Brush http://velvetskyemusic.com/RCT3_files/cso.html
Station Jim Jr's Gardening 1 and 2 and his Fencing set - it also has more foliage, etc.
