The option to sort the downloads by game seems to be gone. I always use it, so could you bring it back Justin?

I was wondering the same thing. Grouping the downloads by game was really effective at finding what you were looking for; quickly and easily.

Google Analytics indicated it wasn't used all that much and so I removed it rather than add several of the newer games. I will add it back (with the newer games) as soon as I can (though I think in a slightly different way). Sorry about that!
In the meantime, you can do an empty search (no keywords or author) to get the same results by clicking on show all options under the search box, selecting only the section(s) you want to look at, and selecting only the game(s) you want to see.

And it's back. Just click on the Filter by Game button above the sort options.
