In addition to this site, The Custom Scenery Depot has a lot of custom tracks, you might want to look there. Also, if you sign up for the forums, you could probably find someone who could possible make the track for you.

No one on RCTgo makes CTR's - I suggest looking on another site or trying to learn how to make it yourself.
