umm...they just come randomly to my parks...if you can make them come on purpose...i dont know how to do that

The group who you created will come to your park automatically, but you have to press the 'show group' button whilst in game. It can be found next to the firework icon (i think).

Here's a little hint for you annitacm if you don't know: if you give a member of your 'peep family' any of the cheat names, M Brookes, Guido Fawkes, and so on, the cheat will automatically be actived once your peep family enters the park.
